ECCA was incorporated in 1975 and started as a service bureau that handled payroll and data processing for local companies. It began working with The Erie Food Bank in 1983 and launched Primarius in 2001. Today its software is installed in more than 100 food banks nationwide.
Primarius food bank software enables food banks to manage all aspects of their operation, including order processing, inventory control, product receiving, warehouse management, accounting, marketing, and more.
In addition to offering food bank software, ECCA provides payroll and business solutions to business of all sizes, as well as business process improvement solution for mutual insurance companies.
