Join us at the 2019 PUG (Primarius User Group) in Erie, Pennsylvania at the Sheraton Erie Bayfront Hotel on September 16th, 17th and 18th.
NEW IN 2019
P2 Warehouse Lab
A mock warehouse environment will be setup in one of the rooms to provide a more hands-on, interactive experience in showcasing Primarius's warehouse management capabilities, including the use of the bar code module.
Course Tracks This year's sessions will be shorter and more connected. Whether you're a warehouse person, an agency relationships person, and something else at your food bank, tracks will be set up for the different roles at a typical food bank. These tracks will provide a much more deeper dive into the relevant parts of the system and allow you to see how the data flows throughout the system.
This year's PUG has three tiers of pricing. The earlier you register, the larger the discount. Regardless of when you register, the price includes an opening night reception dinner; breakfast and lunch throughout the event; and, of course, access to all sessions.
Monday, Sept 16th
Arrival day. Registration starts at 2:00 PM.
There will be introductory courses covering the fundamentals of both Primarius Classic and P2 throughout the afternoon.
The opening night reception featuring a full dinner and bar will start at 6:00 PM.
Tuesday, Sept 17th
Full day of classes covering both Primarius Classic and P2.
Wednesday, Sept 18th
A day of classes covering both Primarius Classic and P2.
The last session is scheduled to conclude at 2:30 PM.
The meeting concludes. Guests return to their communities either Wednesday or Thursday.
This year’s PUG will have two groups of classes, what we are calling “neighborhoods.“
The Classic Neighborhood will focus on processes and features within the current desktop application suite. Meanwhile, the Online Neighborhood will center on the new functionality and improvements in P2.
You are free to move between the different neighborhoods, attending the sessions you find most appealing.
We will be utilizing a mobile event app through GuideBook for this year’s PUG. This app is free to download and use. With the app, you can view the session schedule, descriptions, and materials. You can also post photos and send messages, giving you another way to connect with both the Primarius team and your fellow attendees.
